Have you ever felt pain as you moved your shoulders or put your arms up?

This is a very common pain, which happens because of repetitive movements.

Known as bursitis, it is the inflammation of bursa, a kind of cushion filled with liquid, whose function is to prevent the direct contact between tendons and bones.

This problem also affects the articulations responsible for repetitive movements, such as the knees, elbows, and hips.

Among the symptoms of bursitis, we can cite: Pain, stiffness, swelling, and warmth in the area.

Usually, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs help alleviate the discomfort and also reduce inflammation.

There are also some homemade measures that can be used, like resting, ice packs, and some natural medicines to alleviate the discomfort caused by bursitis.

If you don’t see any results after these natural treatments, search the help of a specialized doctor to take care of your case.
