500 ml of water;
125 grams of oatmeal;
Two green apples;
A lemon.

If your apples aren’t organic, peel them.
Remove the seeds.
Cut them in slices and put them in the blender together with 500 ml of water.
Add oatmeal and mix.
If you find it too thick, add a little bit of water.
Squeeze a lemon over the mixture and drink right after.
Drink preferably on an empty stomach.
